Vinext provides tools for generating AI-assisted vocabulary study materials, flashcards, and related learning outputs. By using the service, you agree to use it only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use the service to violate the rights of others, circumvent technical restrictions, scrape or abuse third-party systems, interfere with product operations, or submit content in a way that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing.

You are responsible for ensuring that any vocabulary lists, prompts, imported content, or materials you submit can lawfully be used for your intended purpose.

Vinext may rely on automated classification, retrieval, and large language models. Generated flashcards, translations, example sentences, definitions, images, and related outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use case and should be reviewed before relying on them for study, teaching, publication, or business use.

Certain features may require credits, subscriptions, or other payment arrangements. Pricing, availability, limits, and included features may change at any time.

We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features, limits, models, providers, or workflows without liability.

The service depends on third-party providers for infrastructure, authentication, payments, storage, and AI generation. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by those providers.

The service, including our software, design, branding, and original site content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our materials to you.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if we reasonably believe your use creates risk, violates these Terms, or harms the platform, users, or third parties.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page unless a later date is stated.
